🫐 The IT Berry was established by Sena Kontoğlu Taştan in 2022 to compile and share news and interesting topics relating to IT law.
👩🎓 Dr. Sena Kontoğlu Taştan, born in Ankara and raised in London, is an IT law enthusiast and researcher. Sena holds a B.A. degree in Law from Bilkent University and an LL.M. degree from Ankara University and WIPO Academy with her thesis titled “The Principle of Digital Exhaustion”. Sena completed her PhD at the Social Sciences University of Ankara with her thesis on electronic commerce in EU law with a regulation theory perspective, for which she conducted research at the Norwegian Research Center for Computers and Law at the University of Oslo.
Sena is currently a researcher and lecturer at the Social Sciences University of Ankara. Her main areas of research include regulation theory, IT & IP, and EU Law. Sena serves as a panelist in <tr> country code top-level domain disputes.
